Admission Criteria

RESIDENT ADMISSIONS CRITERIA

1. FAVORABLE AND VERIFIABLE RENTAL HISTORY

2. NO UNLAWFUL DETAINERS FILED IN THE LAST THREE (3) YEARS. ANY UNLAWFUL DETAINERS
    FILED FOR THE TWO (2) YEARS TO THIS APPLICATION MUST BE SATISFIED IN FULL WITH PROOF THEREOF.

3. CREDIT HISTORY

  • JUDGEMENTS OR LIENS PAYABLE TO ANOTHER PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY OR UTILITY COMPANY
    MUST BE SATISFIED OR PROOF OF PAYMENT PLAN.

4. CRIMINAL HISTORY

  • MANAGEMENT MAY DENY AN APPLICANT IF THE APPLICANT HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH ANYTHING AT A MISDERMEANOR LEVEL OR GREATER OR IF AN ARREST IS PENDING FOR A DRUG RELATED CRIME AS WELL AS ANY VIOLENT AND/OR SEX CRIME THAT WAS AGAINST A PERSON, PROPERTY, AND/OR ANIMAL.

5. MUST SHOW PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION (I.E. DRIVER'S LICENSE, SOCIAL SECURITY CARD, BIRTH CERTIFICTE,AND/OR PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP STATUS) FOR ALL 
    MEMBERS OF THE HOUSEHOLD.

OCCUPANCY STANDARDS

  • 1 BEDROOM - 2 PERSONS (MAXIMUM)
  • 2 BEDROOM - 4 PERSONS (MAXIMUM)
  • 3 BEDROOM - 6 PERSONS (MAXIMUM)
