Empowering Independence, Enhancing Lives
90% of seniors prefer to age in place or stay in their own homes as they grow older (AARP, 2021). Through CompassionCare, we provide home health services that allow for our residents to receive the care they need to live healthy and independent lives in their own homes.
What is CompassionCare?
70% of individuals age 65 and older will need some form of long-term care during their lifetime (U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, 2021). CompassionCare was launched in order to meet the growing demand for healthcare services among the senior population. The goal of CompassionCare is to provide individualized care and services to our residents, empowering them to live independently and comfortably without needing to leave the place they call home. We believe that the home is the foundation for a healthy life and CompassionCare exists to help empower residents to live as healthy lives as possible.
As seniors in our country struggle to find affordable housing and affordable health services, CompassionCare provides what they are looking for. For the past 12 years, CompassionCare has been effectively increasing the quality of life for seniors across Minnesota and North Dakota. Fill out our contact form to get in touch with our team today.
